FIRMS combines a free penalty scenario calculator with scoped filing analysis and documented workpapers for counsel. Read the six-page compliance capabilities guide. Counsel determines applicability and legal conclusions; no automated compliance certification or filing submission is offered.

Research packs in preparation
The Founder Pilot, County Pack, and Holder Pack are proposed research services. Prices shown on the site are indicative. No scope, delivery deadline, or engagement is confirmed until agreed in writing.
Before paid work begins, the agreement must identify geography, holder, report year, record limits, deliverables, underlying-document availability, delivery timing, revisions, payment, and cancellation terms.
Planned services
Holder Readiness, County Analytics subscriptions, and Divestiture Watch are not released. No automatic refresh or subscription is included in an inquiry.
Identify the records
Provide a USDA AFIDA Owner ID if known, or a holder/entity name with state and county. An AFIDA Parcel ID or public county appraisal reference may help if its source is identified. These are different identifier systems; linking them requires verification. An Owner ID should be checked against the selected report year and does not prove a full corporate ownership chain.
Research boundaries
Review is limited to the agreed source snapshot and available documents. Normalized names and country links do not prove common legal identity, government control, misconduct, or completeness of holdings. Counsel supplies legal analysis.
